
Home Salon Party Process The Spa Technician(s) will arrive 30-60 minutes prior to your appointment to set up for your Home Salon Party. At that time please inform your technician of anything that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made. Our spa technicians are equipped with a massage table, towels, sheets, candles, music, and everything else necessary to perform your home spa treatments. Our Spa technicians take great care in insuring your privacy. All body treatments are done dressed to your level of comfort. In order for you and your guests to truly enjoy your spa party, you will need to prepare the party space. There will need to be enough room for massage/manicure tables that will be performed.
A signed contract with a 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. Deposit is non-refundable, The remainder of payment is due 5 days before the event.
A travel fee may also apply if there is parking limitations.
Reservation and Payment Policy
Reservations need to be made at least 4-5 weeks in advance for Home Salon Parties or Corporate and Tradeshow events.
There is a 3 hour minimum for spa parties, 4 hour minimum for corporate and tradeshow events.
A signed contract with a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The balance is due 5 days before your party or event.
We will also need to know the number of people in your Home Salon Party and what treatments each guest would like at the time of final payment.
We accept—debit cards, master card, visa, checks and cash.
Cancellation Policy There is a 100% charge for cancellations made less than 1 week in advance.
Parties and events cancelled I week in advance, a credit is issued and can be used toward another party or event within 3 months of original date.
Once your appointment date has been reserved for your Home Salon Party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows. However, we will apply the unused portion toward another party within 3 month of original party up to 2 no shows only with a minimum of 6 guest.
Gratuities Gratuities are not included with our prices. If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your Spa Technician. If you are not satisfied with your services please let our management know.
Etiquette To make sure everyone receives the full benefit of your party we ask that all guest be on time for the ultimate experience.
Exquisite Spa Services reserves the right to refuse service to any guest that is inappropriate or intoxicated. We also reserve the right to modify or refuse service to any guest presenting a medical condition that may be contraindicated to a spa service - such as cuts, wounds, rashes and skin conditions.
